1. Use of Website

This site is intended for clients and authorized users to view and download digital images provided by PowerrPack Media. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of images is strictly prohibited.

2. Photo Downloads & Licensing

All digital images are for personal use only unless a separate commercial license has been granted in writing. You may:

• Download purchased photos for personal use (social media, printing, etc.)

• Not resell, alter, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission from PowerrPack Media

3. Purchases & Payments

All photo purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for digital downloads. Please ensure you select the correct images before completing your purchase.

4. Image Delivery

Purchased images will be available for download immediately or within [X] hours. Files are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format unless otherwise specified.

5. Gallery Access

Galleries are typically available for [30/60/90] days. After that time, access may be removed unless an extension is requested.

6. Copyright

All images are copyrighted by PowerrPack Media. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Privacy

PowerrPack Media respects your privacy. Your information will not be shared or sold. We only collect what is necessary to deliver your photos and process your payments.
